- Merck (MRK) – A Wall Street Journal report late Thursday suggested Merck could move forward with a deal for Seagen (SGEN). While shares of Seagen traded up about 4% on the report, shares of Merck were up about a half percent.
- Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY) – Will report quarterly results on Wednesday, June 29 before market open.
- Atlassian (TEAM) – A peer play following news out of the software space Zendesk (ZEN) will be acquired in a $10 billion deal.
- trivago (TRVG) – Company CEO Axel Hefer will interview on Benzinga’s “Money Mitch” YouTube show at 1:45 p.m. EDT Friday.
- Toughbuilt (TBLT) – Friday morning’s biggest winner. Shares were up 75% on no news. This is a low-float name with about 1 million shares in its float. Toughbuilt was a widely-discussed stock in Benzinga Pro’s chat rooms.
