    Today’s 5 Stock Ideas:

    • Moderna (MRNA) – Shares were up 5% following FDA authorization of the booster dose of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in US for adults aged 18+.
    • Longeveron (LGVN) – A momentum play from Thursday that continued higher Friday. The company announced the FDA granted Rare Pediatric Disease designation for its hypoplastic left heart syndrome treatment candidate. After the stock closed up 135% on Thursday, shares were up another 76% Friday morning.
    • Greenland Technologies (GTEC) – The company announced the launch of its second electric industrial vehicle line, a front loader. The stock was up about 60% on the news.
    • Mammoth Energy Services (TUSK) – A play on electric vehicle charging. The company Thursday evening announced it was awarded a multi-year electric vehicle charging station contract
    • Fortinet (FTNT) – A cybersecurity play. Cybersecurity stocks may be in focus Friday following quarterly results out of cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks (PANW). While Palo Alto shares were up more than 4% ahead of the open, Fortinet shares were up just 0.5%.
