- DraftKings (DKNG) – The company announce a deal to buy Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) for $1.56 billion. Shares of Golden Nugget were Monday morning’s biggest winner, up more than 50%.
- AMC Entertainment (AMC) – The company will report Q2 earnings Monday after market close.
- Peridot Acquisition Corp. (PDAC) – Executive Chairman of the company’s special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) partner, Li-Cycle, will interview on Benzinga’s “SPACs Attack” YouTube show later this week.
- Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) – The FDA is scheduled to rule on Jazz’s supplemental new drug application for Xywav as a treatment option for idiopathic hypersomnia in adults. The FDA goal date is Thursday of this week.
- Vuzix (VUZI) – Will publish quarterly results after market close on Monday.
