- DiDi Global (DIDI) – It was announced the company’s app is being removed from Chinese app stores due to personal data collection concerns by the Chinese government. Shares down 20% premarket.
- American Express Co (AXP) – Shares trading higher following an upgrade by Goldman Sachs from Neutral to Buy along with a price target raise from $185 to $225.
- Advaxis (ADXS) – The company, and Biosight, announced entry into a definitive merger agreement. Biosight shareholders will become majority shareholders in combined company. Shares traded 46% higher premarket.
- OrganiGram (OGI) – Will report Q3 earnings on Tuesday of next week.
