Qualcomm (QCOM) – A play on the connected car ahead of this week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Analysts at KeyBanc Tuesday morning noted an expectation Qualcomm will “emphasize showcasing its digital chassis solutions in auto across connectivity, digital cockpits” at CES.
Wendy’s (WEN) – A play on “relatively stable” sales figures during October and November, according to one analyst at Stephens. The analyst maintained the equivalent of a buy rating on Wendy’s shares.
Tilray (TLRY) – A play on the cannabis space. Tilray will report quarterly results on Monday of next week.
fuboTV (FUBO) – The company will present at Citi’s Communications, Media & Entertainment conference later on Tuesday, around 1 p.m. EDT.
SemiLEDs (LEDS) – One of Tuesday morning’s biggest winners. Shares were up 40% following quarterly results from the company. Price action in SemiLEDs shares was likely being driven by momentum due to the stocks’ low-float nature; the issue had about 3 million shares in its float.
