    • Apple (AAPL) – Shares traded down about 2.5% Tuesday evening following a report the company pulled back its iPhone 14 production ramp up, citing underwhelming demand. Several notable analysts, including Loup Ventures’ Gene Munster, downplayed the report. 
    • CarMax (KMX) – A play on the used car market. CarMax provides sales and service through retail locations. The company will report quarterly results Thursday.
    • Generac (GNRC) – A manufacturer of generators for residential and commercial use. Traders in the Benzinga Pro lounge chat discussed the stock amid the major hurricane hitting the Gulf coast of Florida Wednesday morning.
    • DocuSign (DOCU) – Shares traded up 2% in Wednesday’s pre-market session following news DocuSign management will cut its workforce by about 9% amid restructuring efforts.
    • BioVie (BIVI) – A play on the Alzheimer’s space. In major news Wednesday, Biogen (BIIB), announced favorable results from a trial of its Alzheimer’s drug candidate. Biogen shares traded up nearly 50%; many other stocks with Alzheimer’s treatment candidates traded higher.
