    • Twitter (TWTR) – Company shareholders will vote for the proposed deal with Elon Musk Tuesday, after 1 p.m. EDT. Shareholders are expected to approve the deal by a wide margin. The next stop on the deal’s journey will be in the hands of a Delaware judge, who will oversee court proceedings expected for October. Sources have said the Musk/Twitter trial will spend about five days in court.
    • Nautilus (NLS) – A play on the fitness equipment market. Headlines within the industry Tuesday highlighted news out of Peloton (PTON) the company’s Chair, John Foley, will step down from his role. Nautilus is considered a peer to Peloton; Nautilus’s brands include bike company Schwinn, digital fitness brand JRNY and circuit training equipment provider Bowflex.
    • urban-gro (UGRO) – A play on the cannabis market. The company is an architectural, engineering and cultivation integration company for the commercial cannabis market.
    • CleanSpark (CLSK) – A way to gain exposure to microgrid energy resources. The company describes itself as a software provider allowing “a microgrid to be scaled to the user’s specific needs for implementation across commercial, industrial, military, agricultural, and municipal deployment.”
    • American Rebel Holdings (AREB) – A penny-stock, low-float play on gun and self-defense storage and carry products. Shares traded up about 24% on Tuesday morning despite no news. The issue has around 5 million shares in its float.
