    • Apple (AAPL) – Apple will host its “Far Out” event Wednesday at 1 p.m. ET. The event is expected to share details of the iPhone14, Apple Watch 8 and other upcoming Apple products. Apple shares have often reacted during and after the event, along with key suppliers and companies that receive mention verbally or in videos during the event.
    • Manchester United (MANU) – Weeks after shares of English Premier League football (soccer) club Manchester United surged on a joke from Elon Musk to buy the team, the team could indeed be for sale. Reports say the team could be for sale in the $4.3 billion price range, significantly higher than the $2.85 billion enterprise value of the publicly traded stock.
    • GameStop Corp (GME) – Video game retailer and popular meme stock GameStop will report second quarter financial results after market close Wednesday. The Street is expecting a loss of 38 cents per share and revenue of $1.27 billion. The company has beat revenue estimates for five straight quarters and missed eps the last four straight quarters.
    • Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) – Microsoft Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood sold 75,351 MSFT shares at an average price of $259.47, according to a new filing from Tuesday. The Microsoft executive owns 445,859 shares after the latest sale.
    • NIO (NIO) – Electric vehicle company Nio reported second quarter revenue of $1.54 billion, which came in ahead of a Street consensus estimate of $1.43 billion. The company had deliveries of 25,059 vehicles in the second quarter. Nio expects to deliver between 31,000 and 33,000 vehicles in the third quarter.
