    • SPDR Select Sector Fund – Financials (XLF) – An exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracks bank stocks. The big US banks will be kicking off the Q4 earnings season this week. Citigroup (C)JP Morgan (JPM) and Wells Fargo (WFC) will report on Friday before market open.
    • AMC Entertainment (AMC) – Company CEO sold shares of AMC stock as related to a 10b5-1 trading plan this week. Importantly, a 10b5-1 trading plan is a pre-arranged plan between a company’s management and an exec to allow insiders a chance to sell shares, often times for compensation purposes. A 10b5-1 trading plan does not signify an “open-market sale.” Investors on Wall Street are largely concerned with insiders buying or selling stock in the open market — in other words of their own volition. This was not necessarily the case with the AMC CEO share sale disclosed Wednesday.
    • Nikola (NKLA) – Shares were up 7% following news the company’s Tre battery-electric vehicle was approved by the California Air Resources Board to be deemed a zero-emission vehicle.
    • iSpecimen (ISPC) – Shares of this low-float, momentum name were up about 14% Thursday morning. The company announced the addition of a reference lab in New York to support commercial and government customers focused on COVID-19 research.
