- AMC Entertainment (AMC) – Shares have been flirting with the $30 technical level for the last three trading sessions. Company CEO Adam Aron interviewed on CNBC Monday. The exec defended the company’s transformation and highlighted several recent initiatives by management including its move into the consumer popcorn market.
- XPeng (XPEV) – ARK Invest’s Cathie Wood purchased about $1 million more in XPeng on Monday. The purchases bring ARK’s total holding in the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer to over $25 million.
- Nordstrom (JWN) – A report late Monday suggested Nordstrom could be looking to spin off its Nordstrom Rack unit.
- Cohn Robbins Holdings (CRHC) – A report Monday suggested this special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) held talks with with lottery operator Allwyn.
- NexGel (NXGL) – An IPO for this week. The company is a manufacturer of high water content, electron beam cross-linked, aqueous polymer hydrogels used for wound care, medical diagnostics, transdermal drug delivery and cosmetic. A date for the IPO has not yet been set.
