Twitter (TWTR) – Long-time Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey stepped down from his position at the company on Monday. The company’s Board unanimously named Twitter Chief Technology Officer Parag Agrawal as Jack’s successor.
BioNTech (BNTX) – CEO of peer in the COVID vaccine space, Moderna’s (MRNA) Stephane Bancel warned the company’s vaccine may not be as effective to the new omnicom strain of the coronavirus. While shares of Moderna were down about 3% on the comment, shares of BioNTech were down more than 5%.
Costco (COST) – The company is scheduled to release retail sales data for the month of November on Wednesday of this week.
Marvell Technologies (MRVL) – Will report Q3 results after market close on Thursday. Marvell is in the chip space, focusing on the data center, enterprise and consumer segments.
Adagio Therapeutics (ADGI) – Company CEO Tillman Gerngross will interview on Benzinga’s “Benzinga Live” YouTube show at 12:15 p.m. EST on Tuesday.
