- Lightning eMotors (ZEV) – The most-searched ticker on Benzinga Pro over the last 24 hours. The stock closed up 81% on Tuesday following a deal with with Forest River for potential value of $850 million.
- Dyadic International. (DYAI) – One of Wednesday morning’s biggest winners. Shares were up 20% following of a deal with Sorrento Therapeutics (SRNE) for the company’s lead COVID-19 vaccine candidate.
- Fulcrum Therapeutics (FULC) – The second most-searched ticker on Benzinga Pro over the last 24 hours. The stock closed up 125% on Tuesday following strong data out of its trial for a sickle cell treatment. The stock pushed back over the $20 level during Wednesday morning’s pre-market session. Shares were up 17% ahead of the open.
- Blink Charging (BLNK) – Will report Q2 earnings after market close Wednesday.
