- AMC Entertainment (AMC) – Shares were up 9% following the company’s better-than-expected Q2 earnings. On the company’s earnings conference call, CEO Adam Aaron described several recent developments, including new theatre growth in the next year, discussions with sports leagues about sporting event rights, accepting bitcoin for online orders and a potential partnership with GameStop (GME).
- Lightning eMotors (ZEV) – The stock was up 30% following news of a multi-year deal with Forest River for zero-emission bus technology. The deal could be valued at up to $850 million.
- fuboTV (FUBO) – Will report Q2 earnings after market close Tuesday.
- Fisker (FSR) – Shares were up 15% Tuesday morning following resumption of coverage by Morgan Stanley. The analyst set a Buy rating and $40 price target. The new price target represented potential upside of about 130% from where the stock traded Tuesday morning.
- Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT) – A momentum name for much of August. Shares were up nearly 30% Tuesday morning following Q2 results and data for its ARCT-021. Arcturus shares have doubled since the start of August.
