- AMC Entertainment (AMC) – Shares were up about 15% in pre-market action following news of a $230 million private placement from hedge fund Mudrick Capital. AMC said it will use proceeds from the placement to buy theatre assets and leases.
- Molson Coors Beverage (TAP) – The parent company of a popular carbonated beverage, Topo Chico.
- Betterware de Mexico (BWMX) – Executive chair and CEO will appear on Benzinga’s “SPACs Attack” YouTube show Tuesday at 11:15 a.m. EDT. The company is a direct-to-consumer selling company, focused on the home organization segment for which product portfolio includes home organization, kitchen preparation, food containers, etc.
- DocuSign (DOCU) – Will report Q1 earnings on Thursday after market close.
- Vuzix (VUZ) – ARK Invest’s Cathie Wood purchased about 770,000 shares of Vuzix on Friday of last week. The investment totaled about $13.5 million.
