- Amazon.com (AMZN) – A Monday evening report from the UK’s The Information suggested Amazon could be in talks to buy MGM Holdings, the parent company of the famed Hollywood movie studio.
- Koss Corporation (KOSS) – A play on momentum in Reddit stock AMC Entertainment (AMC). When either AMC or GameStop (GME) have seen momentum, Koss Corp. and another momentum name, Naked Brands (NAKD), have also seen similar interest. AMC shares rallied about 6% overnight; Koss shares were up 4% ahead of Tuesday morning’s open.
- JD.com (JD) – An earnings play. Will report Q1 results on Wednesday morning.
- Kohl’s (KSS) – The company will report Q1 earnings before market open on Thursday.
- MicroStrategy (MSTR) – The company announced Tuesday morning it held about 92,000 bitcoins with average price of about $24,450 per bitcoin as of May 18, 2021.
