- FedEx (FDX) – Shares were indicated higher in Wednesday’s pre-market session, potentially in sympathy with strong results out of Amazon (AMZN) Tuesday evening.
- Teradyne (TER) – ARK Invest manager, Cathie Wood, purchased more than $72 million in Teradyne shares on Tuesday.
- Aphria (APHA) – Cannabis stocks traded higher Wednesday morning following a deal by Jazz Pharma (JAZZ) for GW Pharma (GWPH). GW’s major drug is called epidiolex; the drug uses cannabinoids to help patients with epilepsy.
- Carrols Restaurants (TAST) – A long pick from Benzinga founder Jason Raznick.
- Artelo Biosciences (ARTL) – Another sympathy play following the Jazz/GW Pharma deal — this one in the pharma/biotech space. Artelo is another pharma company that uses cannabinoids for medical treatments.
