Daily Stock Ideas – December 24, 2020
Today’s 5 Stock Ideas:
- Spinning Eagle Acquisition (SPNGU) – A play on the same group of investors who brought DraftKings (DKNG) to market via special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC). Spinning Eagle’s S-1 filing was issued Wednesday evening.
- Workday (WDAY) – A top holding by ARK Invest’s Cathie Wood. On Tuesday, ARK purchased more than $5 million in Workday shares.
- QuantumScape (QS) – One of the most-discussed stocks in Benzinga Pro’s chat community. Shares have rallied about 200% since the start of December. The company is a provider of lithium-metal batteries for electric vehicles.
- FuelCell Energy (FCEL) – Trader Jon Najarian, on Tuesday’s “Fast Money: Halftime Report,” said he was holding the Jan. $13 calls in FuelCell. Najarian said he would be holding the calls for about another three weeks.
- Luminar Technologies (LAZR) – Shares were down about 3% Thursday morning following a 181 million share common stock offering registration Wednesday evening.
